• Tentara Partners, Inc., through its subsidiary PJM, has just finished a successful seven-year relationship on three U.S. projects. Tentara is actively pursuing new consulting opportunities and/or project management assignments for a limited number of projects in the golf/residential industry. Tentara can immediately handle several consulting contracts for project owners who are planning or implementing new and/or renovated golf course/residential developments.
• Project planning, cost overview and feasibility are the most important components in making the critical decisions for ‘Go or No Go’ on large scale golf/residential projects. Tentara can advise and consult on these critical decisions with limited on-site due diligence and feasibility fact finding. These consulting assignments are on-site meetings with the Owners to determine the best course of action. Coordinated planning with engineers and architects, in addition to preliminary cost evaluation, will make certain a project can perform to financial goals.
